The software
The core of Maintenant, which is the Community edition, is published under the Apache License 2.0. The code that Personal and Pro keys unlock is source-available under the Maintenant Commercial Source License: you may read and modify it, but running it in production requires a licence key for the matching edition. The terms of use of the Personal and Pro editions are presented at checkout.

The Maintenant name, the site’s texts, screenshots and visual identity belong to kOlapsis SAS, except where a third party is credited. The trademarks of the products compared on this site belong to their respective owners; they are named for identification and comparison only, and their mention implies no affiliation or endorsement.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland). kOlapsis SAS never sees or stores your card details.
